Powder Refill for Pica Powder - Refill Pack, Green Fluorescent, 45 g, 2030

Pica Powder Refill Pack, 45 g - 2030

Pica Powder Refill Pack 2030 is a refill of green fluorescent powder for the Pica Powder deep hole spray marker (art. 2020). The bottle holds 45 g of powder, and the 3x symbol on the label indicates enough for up to three fillings. According to the manufacturer the refill extends the service life of the marker - completely without propellant gas.

No gas - ZERO GAS

Pica Powder does not use an aerosol can but a long-life pump mechanism, which the manufacturer labels ZERO GAS. That is why the refill contains no gas either: the powder is simply topped up in the marker. Pica states that the robust pump mechanism makes refilling easy and protects the environment at the same time.

How Pica Powder marks

The marker makes contactless markings through drill holes up to 250 mm deep. One spray burst leaves a green fluorescent chalk-based dot and, according to the manufacturer, precisely images the whole surface of the drill hole. It suits holes from 3 mm upwards, has a spray arm that swivels 360° for hard-to-reach spots, and effective dust and moisture protection. The manufacturer states up to 1,500 shots and a durable pump mechanism.

Marker features

Among the key features of the Pica Powder the manufacturer lists the 360° swivel arm, dust and moisture protection, refillability, the gas-free pump mechanism and one-hand operation. The marker comes in a blister and in a retail display, and the Refill Pack is the accessory used to renew the powder.

Applications

Pica recommends the Powder for woodworking, electrical, plumbing and construction work. The marking adheres to all surfaces - dry, damp, rough and smooth - and is easy to remove from smooth surfaces. According to the manufacturer the quick handling saves time.

Surfaces

The manufacturer lists brick, wood, metal, plastic, tiles, plasterboard, glass, rubber, wet wood and wet rubber as suitable surfaces. The refill is intended for the Pica Powder marker; the marker itself is not included in this article.
