The Makita DHP485FYX3 cordless drill features a two-speed gearbox with metal gears, allowing you to set the maximum operating speed to 0-500 rpm in 1st gear and 0-1900 rpm in 2nd gear. Keyless chuck-for easy bit changes with a shank diameter range of 1.5 mm to 13 mm. The brushless motor offers high performance, a long service life, and a more compact design. The motor's power is sufficient for drilling holes in wood up to 38 mm in diameter and in metal up to 13 mm. The ergonomic casing reliably protects the internal mechanisms and features ventilation slots through which the motor and internal components are cooled. The maximum torque is 50 Nm with a hard screw drive and 25 Nm with a soft screw drive.
