Milwaukee 1/4" Drive Ratchet with Comfort Grip, 90 Teeth

4932498329 is a 1/4" drive ratchet from Milwaukee's Ratchet Collection with Comfort Grip. The mechanism runs 90 teeth, the head carries a slim profile, and the direction knob sits flush with its surface.

90 teeth and a 4° arc swing

Tooth count decides how little movement it takes for the mechanism to bite again. With 90 teeth the working stroke is 4° (4° arc swing / Rückholwinkel) - enough to move the fastener on by one more step. In tight spaces, where the hand cannot sweep an arc, that is what keeps the job going instead of pulling the tool off and resetting it every stroke.

The head

The head is built on a slim profile so it reaches into shallow recesses and between neighbouring parts. The direction knob is flush with the head - nothing stands proud to catch on cables and hoses, and nothing shifts by accident when the head rests against a component. Direction changes under the thumb, with the ratchet still in place.

The Comfort Grip handle

The handle is shaped ergonomically and carries a Comfort Grip (Softgrip) overmould. Beyond the grip itself, the material is specified for high resistance to aggressive chemicals and fluids - the oils, brake fluid and cleaners found in a workshop do not attack it.

Working at height

The end of the handle carries a lanyard hole. The tool tethers to a belt or to an anchor point on safety equipment, which is what working on scaffolding, on a platform or at height generally calls for.
