Electroplated diamond core bit for use with a non-impact electric drill. The quality of the diamond allows for drilling through stone, porcelain, granite, marble, and glass. The body is made of steel, and the cutting edge of the core bit is made of electroplated diamond. It features a side hole for better cooling and removal of debris after each drilling operation. Always use water cooling. Depending on the material being drilled, the operating speed ranges from 400 to 1000 rpm. The average service life is 5 to 10 drillings, depending on the material. We recommend using a MULTIDRILL centering drill bit (Ref. 50944) and a water cooling reservoir (Ref. 50947) to prevent unwanted movement of the drill bit during operation and to achieve a good final result. To achieve a high-quality result and extend service life, it is important to select the appropriate speed and apply moderate pressure during drilling. Sold in blister packaging.
