Special for Sheet Metal bimetal core drill is specially designed for drilling in metals-thin sheet metal, including stainless steel, copper, brass, or bronze. Made of HSS steel with 8% cobalt. Teeth with variable geometry ensure fast, clean, smooth, and vibration-free cutting of the material. The rear end of the drill bit features a raised edge that prevents it from sinking into the hole after cutting through the sheet metal. Recommended cutting speeds: Stainless steel: 85 rpm; Sheet metal: 170 rpm; Non-ferrous metals: 230 rpm.
