Stanley 1-SWK-BN050T Brad Nails, Type J, 18 GA, 12 mm

Stanley 1-SWK-BN050T are brad nails with a length of 12 mm (1/2 in) and a gauge of 18 GA, supplied in a pack of 1000. The manufacturer lists them as type J nails and states that they fit most 18 gauge brad nailers. Besides the letter J, the pack also carries the designations 8 / 300 / E and a list of the specific tackers the nails are intended for.

Galvanised, in colour-coded packaging

The nails are galvanised for corrosion resistance. Lengths in the range

Stanley also offers 18 GA type J brad nails in 15, 20 and 25 mm lengths. Choose the length according to the thickness of the material you are fixing and the maximum nail length your tacker accepts, which is given in its manual. If your machine is not on the list printed on the pack, check its manual to see whether it takes type J, 18 GA nails with a length of 12 mm.
