Water-Based Permanent Marker - Pica Classic 522 INSTANT WHITE, White, Round Tip 1-4 mm, 522/52

Pica Classic 522 INSTANT WHITE White Permanent Marker - 522/52

Pica Classic 522/52 is a white permanent marker with water-based INSTANT WHITE ink and a round tip drawing a 1-4 mm line. The ink writes immediately - no shaking and no pumping. The manufacturer Pica-Marker presents it as an economical alternative to white paint markers, and its product sheet recommends it to electricians, glaziers, locksmiths, mechanics, plumbers and woodworkers.

INSTANT WHITE ink

According to Pica the marker writes on almost all surfaces, and the ink is permanent and water-based. After about 20 seconds the marking is weatherproof and abrasion-resistant. The ink is free from xylene and toluene.

Which surfaces it marks

Pica lists metal, wood, plastic, glass, paper, tiles, rubber and brick as suitable. In its earlier product sheet the manufacturer rates the marker as ideal for metal, processed wood, plastic and glass, suitable for dry rubber, tiles and ceramics and leather, and acceptable on stone and concrete.

Marker or pen

Pica also offers the same white INSTANT WHITE ink in a finer version - the Pica Classic 532/52 pen with a 1-2 mm line. The 522/52 marker has the thicker 1-4 mm line. The manufacturer supplies the markers in boxes of 10, and a 522/52/SB blister is also available. The shop price is for 1 marker.

The manufacturer's recommendation

In its earlier product sheet Pica describes the marker as quick, smooth and economical and highlights its versatile use. On the current Instant White page the manufacturer recommends the Pica BIG Ink (Smart Use Marker XL) as a further development with innovative features for more efficient work.
