Pica 6055 is a pack of 12 stonemason leads in the special hardness 10H for the Pica BIG Dry automatic construction pencil. The manufacturer intends them for stone and concrete - for dry, rough brickwork and concrete surfaces.

10H graphite

These are standard graphite refills in the special hardness 10H. On the pack Pica describes them as extremely hard and sturdy and extra long - 150 mm. The cross-section is rectangular, 2 x 5 mm, as with the other BIG Dry leads, so they fit the same pencil.

Pack

The twelve leads come in a sturdy plastic box with two opening wings, which keeps the spare leads safe until they are needed. The box carries the article number 6055, the barcode and the words Pica Germany, and the description is in German, English, French and Dutch. The manufacturer also offers the same leads on a 6055/SB blister card.

The Pica BIG Dry pencil

Pica BIG Dry is a carpenter pencil with automatic lead feed at the push of a button, which the manufacturer presents as its world premiere. The leads in the box are meant for refilling or exchange, and in its product sheet Pica lists the stonemason leads for building and underground construction.

Surfaces

In its product sheet Pica rates the stonemason leads as ideal for stone and concrete and acceptable on processed and dry raw wood. For wood the manufacturer offers separate carpenter leads 2H (6050), and for almost all materials the universal FOR ALL 2B leads (6030), which are water-soluble.
