Knipex 00 20 11 is the three-piece assembly set that covers almost everything in day-to-day work - gripping, bending, pulling and cutting wire. All three tools are Made in Germany, with induction-hardened cutting edges and multi-component grips, supplied in a deep-drawn plastic tray with a transparent lid, 170 x 370 x 40 mm, which drops straight into a tool cabinet drawer.

Knipex 03 02 180 combination pliers

The workhorse of the set - 180 mm long, with separate gripping zones for flat and round material and a wire cutter. Maximum cutting capacity is 3.4 mm in medium-hard wire and 2.2 mm in hard wire, with cutting-edge hardness of approximately 60 HRC. The head is chrome plated.

Knipex 26 12 200 long nose pliers

A stork's beak plier, 200 mm long, with straight extended jaws, serrated gripping surfaces and an integrated cutter. It is built for awkward places - inside a junction box, behind a panel, or in a chassis. It cuts 3.2 mm medium-hard and 2.0 mm hard wire, with edge hardness of about 61 HRC.

Knipex 70 02 160 diagonal cutters

The classic Vanadin-Super diagonal cutter, 160 mm long with a slim head that reaches wire in tight spaces. Capacity is 4.0 mm soft, 2.8 mm medium-hard and 2.0 mm hard wire, and the cutting edges reach around 62 HRC - the highest in the set, because this is the tool that does the most cutting.

Applications

The set is aimed at assembly, maintenance and repair - de-energised electrical installation, mechanical engineering, vehicle workshops, the bench and the home tool cabinet. The three pliers complement each other: combination pliers for rough work, long nose for precision, diagonal cutters for a clean cut. The tray keeps each tool in its place and shows at a glance which one is missing.
