Description

Oregon 73LPX068E is a professional PowerCut™ saw chain designed for high-performance wood cutting applications. It features a 3/8" pitch, .058" (1.5 mm) gauge and 68 drive links, a configuration commonly used with compatible 18" (approximately 45 cm) guide bars. The 73LPX chain features full chisel cutters designed for fast and efficient cutting performance. Oregon classifies the 73LPX as a professional PowerCut™ chain and recommends the 3/8" PowerCut range for saws approximately 50–100 cc in size. Oregon's LubriTec™ lubrication system helps keep the chain and guide bar properly lubricated, reducing friction and helping extend service life. Durable cutter construction, a chrome outer layer and hardened rivets provide additional resistance to wear during demanding cutting applications. Top-plate filing indicators help maintain the correct sharpening angle, while the specified file diameter for this chain configuration is 7/32" (5.5 mm). For correct fitment, guide bar length alone should not be used to select the chain. The chainsaw and guide bar must match all three key specifications: 3/8" pitch, .058" (1.5 mm) gauge and 68 drive links.
