The STANLEY SM1800 (order code SM1800-QS) is a corded double-bevel slide mitre saw with a 254 mm blade, driven by an 1800 W motor running at up to 4800 rpm. It belongs to the STANLEY Corded Range, built for productivity and longevity.

Double bevel and cutting accuracy

The head bevels to both sides, so two bevelled edges can be cut without turning the workpiece over. The mitre scale offers nine mitre stops, with a range of 0-47° left and 0-52° right. A robust base and fence hold the workpiece steady and repeat the angle in production work.

LED shadow cut line

Instead of a laser, the saw projects an LED beam that casts the shadow of the blade itself onto the workpiece. The line matches the real kerf width and needs no calibration, unlike a laser pointer.

Dust extraction and rails

The saw ships with a dust bag and has a vacuum cleaner connection. The slide runs on high-grade dual steel rails, and the built-in length stop speeds up repetitive cuts of the same size.
