Questions and Answers

What is the load capacity?

The stated load capacity is 150 kg. The figure covers the person together with the tools and material they carry. It applies to a correctly opened item on level, firm ground.

What height does it reach?

The stated height is 2.80 m. This is the figure the manufacturer gives for this article - check in the specifications whether it is the item height, the platform height or the working height, as the three are different things.

Does it meet a standard?

Yes, the article is declared as conforming to EN 131. This is the European standard for ladders - it sets the requirements for construction, dimensions and testing.

What is it made of?

The main material is aluminium unless the specifications state otherwise. The manufacturer does not publish a separate material row for this article.

What is the part number?

The manufacturer's part number is 010100. The code 05010100 is the distributor's article number - the two appear in different documents for the same product.

How many steps does it have?

The number of steps is 10. In designations such as 2x7 the first figure is the number of sections and the second the steps per section, so the total is their product.

Who is the manufacturer?

The manufacturer is KRAUSE. The article is from its own product range and is supported with genuine spare parts.
