Carpenter Refill Leads Pica BIG Dry 2H - 12 pcs, 6050

Pica BIG Dry 6050 is a set of 12 refill leads for the Pica BIG Dry automatic construction marker. They are carpenter leads (Zimmermanns-Minen) made of standard 2H graphite and intended for marking on dry timber. The leads are rectangular with a 2 x 5 mm profile and an extra-long 150 mm length.

For dry timber

According to the manufacturer the 2H graphite gives a rich application on dry wood. The leads are used both for refilling the marker and for exchanging its lead. On the packaging Pica prints the details in four languages - "Zimmermanns-Minen", "Carpenter leads", "Mines charpentier" and "Timmermans vullingen".

Sturdy box with two wings

The leads come in a convenient and sturdy plastic box for secure storage. The box has two wings that open, so the leads can be taken out easily and intuitively. The label carries the item number 6050, the barcode and a drawing of the lead with its dimensions.

Lead types for BIG Dry

Besides the 2H carpenter leads the manufacturer offers other refills for Pica BIG Dry: For All universal leads 2B, civil engineering leads that are water-jet resistant, aniline "all-weather" leads 2B for wet substrates, stonemason leads 10H for stone and concrete, and heat-resistant summer leads 2B. The choice of lead depends on the material being marked.

Applications

In its product sheet Pica recommends the carpenter leads for building construction, supply engineering, underground engineering and woodwork. The manufacturer supplies the boxes in trade packs of 5 and also offers a blister version, 6050/SB, for self-service.
