Milwaukee M12 FUEL FIR12G2-0 Cordless Ratchet, 12V, 1/2"

The M12 FIR12G2-0 is a FUEL series cordless ratchet with a 1/2" square drive and maximum torque of 108 Nm at 300 rpm. It is supplied as the bare tool - no battery, no charger and no case.

A 19 mm head

Head profile is 19 mm. That is the figure which decides whether the ratchet fits between engine and wing, under a dashboard or into a tight machine assembly. Overall length is 308 mm, so the lever is long enough to apply torque without reaching for an extension.

Two interchangeable triggers

Supplied with it are two interchangeable triggers - a button and a paddle. The button meters precisely with one finger; the paddle is pressed with the whole palm and suits an awkward hand position or a thick glove. They swap without tools.

Noise and vibration

Stated figures are 87 dB(A) sound pressure and 95 dB(A) sound power at an uncertainty of 3 dB(A), and 5.8 m/s² vibration at an uncertainty of 1.5 m/s².

Applications

Vehicle and heavy plant workshops, making and breaking bolted joints in tight places, machine maintenance, HVAC and industrial upkeep. The 1/2" drive and 108 Nm cover the larger fasteners for which a 3/8" ratchet is too weak.
