The Bosch PRO V-groove router bit is designed for the precise cutting of V-shaped grooves and decorative profiles in wood and wood-based materials. It is suitable for cabinetry, woodworking, decorative panels, signage, and fine finishing where a clean V-profile with a sharp edge is required.

Key Features

The cutter has a cutting diameter of 31.8 mm and a 90° angle, making it ideal for cleanly defined decorative lines and chamfers. The working length is approximately 19 mm, and the total length is 60 mm. The shank diameter is 8 mm for secure mounting in compatible hand-held and compact routers.

Practical Application

The carbide-tipped cutting edges are designed for a clean cut and good durability when working with softwood and hardwood, plywood, and wood composites. The bit is also suitable for engraving symbols and letters, decorative transitions, and surface details. The maximum speed is up to approximately 21,000 rpm.
