It has an updated electronic module with new components, software, and increased power. It is suitable for cutting, plunge cutting, and sheet cutting. The XR FLEXVOLT plunge saw features a 42-tooth blade. The anti-kickback function prevents the saw from moving backward along the rail and helps stop the saw from coming out of the workpiece when making plunge cuts. Parallel plunge cutting allows the user to maintain a smooth and consistent hand position during cutting. It features a Direct AirLockTM Dust Port for a quick, secure connection and a cleaner, safer work area, and is compatible with a guide rail for added precision and splinter-free cutting.
