The Bosch Professional D-tect 120 detector is designed to detect hidden objects in various types of walls and building materials. The model uses radar technology and is suitable for locating magnetic and non-magnetic metals, live wires, non-live cables, plastic water pipes, and wooden substructures. The device features a spot measurement mode that aids in precise detection in narrower areas, as well as a Centre Finder function for easier determination of the center of the detected object. The model is designed with a clear user interface and three buttons for application-specific selection, which simplifies on-site work. Powering is flexible thanks to the Dual Power system, which allows use with either a 12 V lithium-ion rechargeable battery or 4 AA batteries. When an object is detected, the device emits a visual and audible signal, which aids in safer drilling, installation, and repair work.
