Crown design-a variable tooth design with 4-6 teeth per inch and a positive tooth angle of 10°-is intended to:

Crown Material:

- Matrix II high-speed steel is used for the tooth area of the crown. Matrix II contains 8% cobalt, which is designed to maintain the original hardness of the wood in its working parts, making it suitable for metal drilling.

- Bimetal construction.

- High-speed steel teeth are laser-welded onto a high-quality steel body. The teeth are then vacuum-hardened to 65 HRC at 600 °C to achieve maximum durability and service life.

- Thanks to the high wear resistance of Matrix II materials, these crowns are ideal for cutting hard materials, such as stainless steel and acid-resistant steels, as well as softer materials like wood.

Crown Thickness:

- 1.27 mm hardened steel to maintain its shape while also providing built-in flexibility.
